is a home based family operated business located in the New Tampa area
committed to providing high quality, personalized PC repairs, upgrades
and many other tech support services you may need. My name is Randy. I
am your technician, and I want to change the way you think about Tech
support.
Tech Support services are primarily provided to home and small business
PC users evenings and weekends, as by day, I am a 10 year Letter Carrier
for the United States Postal Service commuting daily to South St.
Petersburg. This allows me to be able to provide services throughout the
entire Tampa Bay Area without extra charges for travel that many other
services may charge for.
Technology products and services are a big part of everyday life for me.
Computers, Home and small business networking, the internet, digital
cameras, cell phones, big screen HDTV, DVR's, surround sound home
entertainment systems, ipods and mp3 players and much more surround me
in almost everything I do every day.
I have been building, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing PC's
since 1994 when I built my first computer. Working with computers and
other tech products is my passion and I love sharing my knowledge to
help other users learn how to use the technology that surrounds us all
everyday.
I spend much of my free time reading and keeping up with the latest news
and information regarding all forms of technology, from PC's (including
components, software, the internet and operating systems) digital
photography, consumer electronics, HDTV and media, and many other things
having to do with technology.
I have personally experienced and have heard many horror stories about
tech support from the ‘Big Guys’. I know how frustrating and difficult
today’s technology can be. You don’t need the headache of trying to get
help making sense of it all.
